Members, customers and employees are enthusiastic about the new waiting time management system cleverQ.
Customers and/or members can register personally at the quick counter or service terminal and then relax in the modern areas until a service employee calls you up. In conjunction with the cleverQ system, an efficient system has been created that significantly contributes to customer satisfaction and digitally upgrades the ADAC location.
This branch will serve as an example for further digitization processes at other P.O.S. locations. We are looking forward to the cooperation with the ADAC and are looking forward to further feedback of our customers and employees.
