cleverQ is not only convincing from the customer’s point of view. We described the advantages for customers already in January of this year, when the job center Redsburg cleverQ established cleverQ.
From the point of view of in-house IT, cleverQ also offers unique advantages because it is a self-contained system. No external servers have to be integrated into the internal IT infrastructure. Data protection and security aspects (internal IT policy) are thus served and covered equally.
Another advantage is that cleverQ is compatible with all MEM-O-MATIC ticket printers. MEM-O-MATIC is one of the largest companies for call systems and is therefore already in use throughout Germany. With a special connection box, the ticket printers and cleverQ can communicate with each other. The advantage for you is that you do not need to renew existing call-up systems and with little effort give your customers the opportunity to draw electronic queue numbers.
