ADAC Saarland is one of 18 regional clubs within the ADAC organization. By the end of 2024, it counted over 318,800 full members – an increase of more than 6,400 compared to the previous year – along with approximately 50,100 associate members. This means nearly one in three residents of Saarland is a member, with growth rates exceeding the national average.

With three service centers located in Saarbrücken, Saarlouis, and St. Wendel, ADAC Saarland offers a comprehensive range of services – from breakdown and accident assistance, insurance, and mobility consulting to travel and motorsport support. Its offerings are further enhanced by road safety education, driver safety training, emergency key services, and telemedical support.

Online appointment booking system

cleverQ’s online appointment booking system allows ADAC customers and members to schedule services at any time, from anywhere. Whether at home or on the go, appointments can be booked independently of business hours—eliminating long wait times on the phone and reducing the workload for on-site staff.

Digital queuing system

cleverQ’s digital queuing system coordinates both scheduled and walk-in customers on-site. With digital tickets, visitors can monitor their status via smartphone, giving them the flexibility to move freely instead of waiting in crowded areas.

Modern kiosk systems

The online appointment booking and digital queuing system are complemented by modern kiosk terminals that support various on-site services — including appointment check-in and issuing tickets in either digital or printed form.

Video consultation

The cleverQ appointment booking system is further enhanced by the integrated video consultation module. This allows ADAC customers and members to schedule video appointments and conveniently access a wide range of services from home — without the need to visit a branch in person.
