Citizen books the appointment and can proceed to the vaccination center at the specified appointment time

Appointments can also be made or given by phone by the center as needed and flow automatically into the central appointment management system.
For a public appointment, citizens can book online appointments on your desired platform (service terminal, PC, mobile, etc.).
Appointment confirmation can alternatively be sent as SMS (reservation code).
Booking by telephone is still possible. The employee generates an appointment for the caller and provides him with his reservation code, which can be converted into a service ticket on site at the vaccination center.
When booking an appointment via WEB, a QR code is generated.
With the free cleverQ app, this QR code can be scanned and automatically becomes the appointment in the app.
Printout of the appointment no longer necessary.
On site, the citizen has the choice: registration via service terminal or at an information counter.
A service ticket is automatically generated from the reservation code.
The citizen is directed via the service ticket to the next consultation or directly to the vaccination.
The citizen can be forwarded to different stations as often as desired until the process is completed.
After the successful first vaccination, the service ticket is closed and a new appointment for the second vaccination can be set with just a few clicks.
Depending on which vaccine was used (Biontech, Astrazenica, etc.), the cleverQ system automatically sets the right time slot for a second vaccination.
On the next visit, the citizen goes through the same process and is automatically guided through the vaccination.
All information is conveniently sent to the customer via email. Alternatively, a service code can be communicated via telephone.
