New Features
One-Time Ticket Printing for On-Site Confirmations
For on-site confirmations at service terminals, ticket printing can now be limited to a single print only. This helps prevent unauthorized ticket printing and misuse of appointments.
Enhanced Browser Ticket Functionality
Browser tickets now allow users to select not only a service, but also the specific request or concern, enabling more accurate routing and smoother processes.
Central Service Selection via QR Code
A new QR code leads to a central service selection page, allowing all services to be accessed using just one QR code.
Subtitles for Avatars on Touchscreens
When an avatar is active on a touchscreen, subtitles can now be displayed, improving accessibility and user experience.
Automatic Service Redirection after On-Site Confirmation
Appointments confirmed on site can now be automatically redirected to another service when entering the queue – ideal for structured workflows.
Updates & Improvements
ADAC-TÜV Integration Enhancements
Improvements to email content and inclusion of service and request icons in the ADAC-TÜV web package.
Improved Service Order in Appointment Templates
Services are now displayed according to their defined order, rather than by system ID, for better clarity.
Greater Transparency for Appointment Slots
Remaining available slots are now shown directly (e.g. “3 of 8 slots available”).
Security Enhancements
Multiple security-related improvements have been implemented.
Cloud API Enhancements
The API now supports the creation of unique QR codes.
Extended Statistics Capabilities
Annual statistics now allow custom time range selection within the advanced statistics view.
Updated Landing Pages
Several landing pages have been revised and improved.

Introduction of the ADACSans-bold font.
