cleverQ Essential is a professional, cloud-based queuing system for the digital control of visitor and patient flows. It enables central management of all calls and can be flexibly expanded to include additional system environments or an on-premise version.
In order to optimize processes and improve the patient experience, Zug Cantonal Hospital introduced cleverQ Essential in selected areas. The system is currently being used in patient admission and in the pharmacy for vaccination appointments and hospital discharge. Patients are recorded digitally and guided transparently through the relevant process. Staff have an overview of the current status and can manage processes efficiently.
