Updated online documentation
The online documentation has been revised and updated to provide even better guidance and support.
More transparency for alarms | cleverQ SOS module:
For cross-location alerts, the username of the person who triggered the alert is now displayed in addition to the workstation.
An alert log has also been added in the admin area, allowing all triggered alerts to be tracked.
Language-Based Employee Emails
Employee emails are now sent in the language set for each individual employee, rather than the language used during booking.
Flexible Display of Location Information in Emails
Location details in appointment emails can now be completely hidden, if desired.
Customizable Ticket Layout
It is now possible to disable the display of date and/or time on printed tickets.

Flexible Ticker Position on Displays
The ticker text on displays can now be positioned either at the top or bottom.
Enhanced Slideshow Positioning
Slideshows can now be positioned in multiple areas (e.g. top-left, bottom-right), which is especially useful for portrait-oriented screens.
Extended Permissions for Appointment Admins
Appointment admins and restricted appointment admins can now delete appointment templates within their assigned management group, if enabled.
Optimized Display for Online Meetings
For online meeting appointments, it is now possible to hide QR codes and location information completely – in confirmations, emails, and SMS.
