Modern visitor control in the newly designed customer center
With the redesign of its customer center, WOWI Frankfurt (Oder) has created a central point of contact for tenants. The aim was to organize service processes clearly and at the same time offer a pleasant quality of stay. The combination of digital visitor management and personal service plays a central role in this.
About Wohnungswirtschaft Frankfurt (Oder)
Wohnungswirtschaft Frankfurt (Oder) (WOWI) is the largest housing provider in the region and an important player in the quality of housing and life in the city. With more than 7,500 rental apartments and around 200 commercial units, it provides broad sections of the population with suitable housing and at the same time sees itself as a service-oriented company with strong regional roots. In addition to providing housing, WOWI is also committed to the further development of the urban living environment and relies on partnership-based cooperation in Frankfurt (Oder).
Solution
In the customer center, WOWI relies on the digital call system from cleverQ. Visitors are registered via a self-service solution and called up in a structured manner via monitors. Samsung KM24 systems and additional displays are used for this purpose.
WOWI has also been using cleverQ’s appointment management system for several months. This allows agreed appointments and spontaneous visits to be mapped within one system. This creates a uniform working environment for employees, which simplifies organization on a day-to-day basis.
Result
The integration of a queuing system with a modern appointment management solution has created clearly structured processes within the customer center. Employees have full visibility of appointments and walk-in traffic, allowing them to manage operations efficiently and responsively. At the same time, customers benefit from greater transparency and an enhanced on-site experience.
