In principle, each individual component of a cleverQ call system can be monitored. The prerequisite is that a network connection to the device can be established. The following devices can be monitored with SEUCURS Device Monitoring:

SECURUS Device Monitoring does not record any personal data or information in your call system.
Our solution does not access your data from queuing systems or real-time information. Instead, we only use metadata generated by various sensors within your system.
This metadata provides information about system performance, general functionality and possible malfunctions. This data is evaluated in full compliance with data protection regulations – no personal data is used or stored.
