A new update has been installed for your cleverQ system.
New Features & Functions at cleverQ
Doctolib Integration
cleverQ now offers an integration with Doctolib. This allows Doctolib appointments to be incorporated into cleverQ and integrated into existing appointment and queue management processes.
The integration has also been further enhanced: Doctolib calendars can be easily accessed, and new or modified appointments can be refreshed directly at the workstation when needed. When an appointment is manually added to the queue, a ticket can also be printed automatically.
Keep Services Paused Until Manually Reactivated
Manually paused services can now be configured to remain inactive until they are intentionally reactivated. The daily ticket reset will no longer automatically reactivate these services.
Improved Overview in Appointment and Ticket Lists
The number of booked requests can now optionally be hidden in appointment and ticket lists, while the individual requests remain visible. This allows appointments to be processed more consistently based on their order, without the scope of an appointment influencing prioritization at first glance.
Notifications for New Appointment Notes
Employees can now be notified directly at the workstation when new notes are added to an appointment. Both a pop-up notification and a notification sound can be enabled.
Updates & Improvements
Additional English Language Options
In addition to English (UK), English (US) and English (Canada) can now be selected. These language options are available for the web booking page as well as other areas where a language can be selected.
More Information in Employee Emails and Calendar Entries
Selected customer information can now also be included in employee emails and ICS calendar files. This ensures that relevant information is directly available in appointment notifications and calendar entries
More Flexible Display Configuration
Individual groups and configuration elements can now be removed from displays without having to completely reset and reconfigure the entire display.
Improved Appointment Editing with Calendar Synchronization
Appointments opened through appointment management within the calendar synchronization can now be edited directly from there.
Optimized Language and Country Settings
Newly activated languages and international dialing codes can now be selected immediately as the default option, making configuration faster and more convenient.
