All of your employees have the option of receiving an initial briefing from us by video session via Zoom. Thus, the number of participants of your employees is unlimited and can be arranged flexibly according to your ideas.

You only need one cleverQ license per location (postal address). No individual users are charged. With a single license, you have an unlimited number of workstations per location (postal address).

For app users

This message appears if a provider is currently closed and therefore does not offer reservations or service tickets. Try again at a later time and observe the provider’s opening hours.

Yes, the cleverQ app is available for free for Android & iOS users.

You cannot make this setting in the free app. The provider of the respective service makes this setting independently and informs you when you will receive a push message before your appointment.

No, you do not need to register and provide personal data. Some of the cleverQ providers ask for your data when you book an appointment directly via the cleverQ app so that an appointment can be booked for you. These can optionally be saved in the cleverQ app so that you do not have to enter all the data again the next time you book an appointment. This data is stored locally on your mobile device and not on our servers.

Questions related to Privacy Policy

Yes, cleverQ is a cloud-based and network-independent software.

You do not need any complex IT integration and installation to run our software and can use cleverQ via all common internet browsers.

Yes, we also offer an On Premise variant, which we integrate into your existing network in joint planning and coordination.

After the appointment, the personal data is automatically deleted after 24 hours in the default setting. Due to the current COVID 19 traceability requirements, the data can also be stored for a longer period at the request of the individual providers (e.g. for proof with the health authorities, which require storage for 14 days).

We work with AWS servers that are located exclusively in Germany and are both TÜV-approved and ISO 27.001 and BSI C5 certified.
