Basic info for customers
Yes, system updates are free of charge and take place on a regular basis. This means that your cleverQ system is always up to date. When implementing the updates, we are guided by the system requirements our customers specify. Updates are usually carried out at weekends during the night.

Yes, if you own a queuing system from MEM-O-MATIC, cleverQ can be integrated without any problems.
All of your employees have the option of receiving an initial briefing from us by video session via Zoom. Thus, the number of participants of your employees is unlimited and can be arranged flexibly according to your ideas.
You only need one cleverQ license per location (postal address). No individual users are charged. With a single license, you have an unlimited number of workstations per location (postal address).
For app users
You cannot make this setting in the free app. The provider of the respective service makes this setting independently and informs you when you will receive a push message before your appointment.
No, you do not need to register and provide personal data. Some of the cleverQ providers ask for your data when you book an appointment directly via the cleverQ app so that an appointment can be booked for you.
These can optionally be saved in the cleverQ app so that you do not have to enter all the data again the next time you book an appointment.
This data is stored locally on your mobile device and not on our servers.
This message appears if a provider is currently closed and therefore does not offer reservations or service tickets. Try again at a later time and observe the provider’s opening hours.
