The finance ministries of Schleswig Holstein are integrating the cleverQ system with the aim of improving waiting time management and customer satisfaction.
As an authority, the Schleswig-Holstein Ministry of Finance also faces major challenges when it comes to the qualitative handling of all customer enquiries. Every customer wants individual advice on complicated issues, which is extremely time-consuming. Also the consultation often deals with sensitive topics such as personal finances of the customers. In this case most clients are already in a stressful situation beforehand. This does not have to be reinforced by long waiting periods.
In order to arrange the processes within the Ministry of Finance for coworkers and customers more stress-free, Schleswig-Holstein decided to introduce a new concept with cleverQ. With cleverQ the customers are now more independent in their time organization, because they no longer have to draw waiting numbers locally and spend the entire waiting time in the same area or building.
