A new update has been installed for your cleverQ system.
New update features that are already active:
Features
- It is now possible to carry out customer surveys in the browser ticket area or in the cleverQ – Digital Wallet app.
This means that once a ticket has been completed, cleverQ can be configured so that a customer feedback survey can be carried out. - A further option for on-site authorization/on-site appointment confirmation at the terminal is now available. Customers can now also confirm/authorize their appointment with a mobile phone number previously entered on the web appointment page.
- Another tool has been added for digital accessibility on the web appointment page.
