Dear customers,
A new update has been installed for your cleverQ system.

New update features that are already active:

Features:

Enhanced Confirmation Emails:
In the confirmation emails sent to both customers and employees, service and request groups are now displayed, alongside the respective services and requests (if utilized on the web appointment page). Additionally, it is now possible to display service and request groups in the ticket and appointment lists.

Integration with Global Slots:
Individual services can now be selected from global slots, provided a location offers global or hybrid slots. This feature allows services to be seamlessly integrated into management groups.

New User Role – “Restricted Appointment Admin”:
A new user role, the “Restricted Appointment Admin,” has been introduced. This role offers all the functionalities of the standard Appointment Admin, with the distinction that the “Restricted Appointment Admin” can only access workstations assigned to them.

Separate Appointment Provision Control:
It is now possible to separately control the automatic provisioning of appointments for employees and customers. This adjustment addresses the common scenario where employees need to book appointments further in advance, while customers are typically restricted from booking too far ahead. By default, this setting is applied uniformly across all locations, as previously configured.

Microsoft Entra (SSO) Integration:
Microsoft Entra (SSO) has been integrated, enabling users to log in to cleverQ with their Microsoft accounts. This provides an additional layer of security for the web appointment page.

Updates:

1. the creation of reports has been optimized, so it is now possible to create reports for longer periods of time without this being aborted.

2. location and client admins can now also access the administration groups.

3. if an online meeting appointment has been booked with Flexperto, the link for the meeting is now also displayed in the confirmation email, even if on-site confirmation is activated for this location.
In this case, the appointment will be confirmed automatically, as on-site confirmation is not possible.

4. various adjustments have been made to the browser ticket. Among other things, the languages are now displayed in the respective national language in the language selection.

Definition Updates:

Updates are regular changes to our cleverQ software that provide you with new functions, improvements and the latest patches for the necessary IT security.

Our updates are free of charge and are activated directly so that you can benefit from the advantages immediately.
