A new update has been installed for your cleverQ system.
New features & functions
1. voice output for calls on displays:
tickets can now be announced directly on displays via voice output. Language, voice and text can be set individually, e.g. “Your ticket with the number #TICKET# was called up at seat #NAME#.” A separate text can also be stored for each workstation.
2. client-wide slideshows:
You can now create slideshows that are displayed client-wide. You can manage content centrally and assign it to the corresponding displays.
3. services can be assigned to several groups
Services can now be assigned to several service groups at the same time, which makes administration more flexible.
4. online meeting provider for requests
Instead of creating separate services, you can now store an online meeting provider (e.g. Microsoft Teams) directly for a request.
5. time and date on displays & service terminals
The current time and date can be displayed in digital or analog form. Format, color and language are selectable, size and position are freely adjustable.
6. service button overlay
A service button can be covered in color on the touchscreen if the corresponding service is not active. Ideal for making inactive buttons invisible to customers.
7. set tickets to “inactive” when forwarding
Tickets can be automatically set to “inactive” when forwarding. Although they appear in the list, they can only be reactivated when they are scanned at the terminal or manually released.
Updates and improvements
- The statistics views have been expanded, including new groupings and small API adjustments.
- Austrian public holidays are now displayed correctly.
- Client and site admins can now make settings for groups.
- New search function in the user overview for workstations.
- Ticket creation at the workstation now prevents the issue selection from being skipped by pressing Enter.
- When booking appointments online, icons can indicate whether or not appointments are available at a particular time.
- Initial preparations for locations in different time zones.
- Language settings in the admin area have been clarified.
- Customer information fields of type “Options” are now translatable.
- Holiday overview only shows current and next year.
- Improvements for the digital accessibility tool “Digi-Access”: optimized tab control, new checkbox for data protection guidelines.
