A new update has been installed for your cleverQ system.
New Features
Enhanced Appointment Editing
- When modifying an existing appointment, it is now possible to change the selected service as well as the related requests/concerns.
- Additionally, appointments booked via a non-public link can now also be edited.
New “Browser Ticket Token” Column
A new optional column called “Browser Ticket Token” can now be displayed in the desk ticket list, increasing transparency and traceability for browser tickets.
New Languages Added
The following languages have been added for:
- Web appointment page
- Emails
- Browser tickets & appointments
- desk interface
Newly available:
- Portuguese (Brazil)
- Spanish (Mexico)
New Admin Role for Online Meetings
A new role has been introduced: Location Admin – Online Meetings. This role allows customers to independently configure the online meeting setup.It includes the same permissions as a regular location admin, with additional rights to manage online meetings.
Updates & Improvements
Improved “Waiting Customers” Display Logic
The feature “Display waiting customers on the ticket” is now disabled by default if no corresponding text has been entered in the ticket field, ensuring a cleaner ticket layout.
