e-ticket + self-service terminal

Self-service terminals are available at designated service points, where staff or volunteers can scan their personalized ticket and enter the appropriate queue — for example, at check-in, accreditation, or uniform pick-up.

The system automatically detects which steps have already been completed and guides each person to the next stage in the process. Queues are managed digitally, and calls are issued automatically — visible on monitors or directly via smartphone.
