Dear customers,
A new update has been installed for your cleverQ system.

New update features that are already active:

Features:

  1. Appointment notes can now be displayed on the employee desks (cleverQ desks) in the current ticket call.

  2. It is now possible to book appointments on the Samsung Terminal. This means that the web appointment page is now accessible via the Samsung terminal.

  3. Ticket printing can now also be deactivated on the Samsung terminal when customers authorise themselves at the terminal via QR code or reservation code, i.e. carry out the on-site confirmation. This has the positive effect of saving paper, as customers usually carry their appointment confirmation with them on their mobile phone. These are displayed between the customer information and the requests. This means that employees always have a full view of all information on the appointment called up.

Update:

  1. The public holiday “Fronleichnam” has been removed for the federal state “Thüringen”.

  2. A new type of pager from the company “Discovery Systems” has been integrated into our cleverQ system. This means that you cannot create a ticket and hand over a pager at the same time (which then vibrates when called).

  3. A new column has been added to the reports to show when an appointment has been cancelled. In addition, a new column “Appointment cancelled” can be displayed in the appointment list on the cleverQ desk.

Definition Updates:

Updates are regular changes to our cleverQ software that provide you with new functions, improvements and the latest patches for the necessary IT security.
